December is a power packed month in an intense year during a wild ride. Can you believe we are actually almost at the end of 2021? Can we slow down and feel the truth of where we’ve been and where we’re headed?
I feel like we’re picking up the debris on the floor after the 2020 shift, submerged in aftershocks, lurching forward. Most of us have experienced some new positive insights as our comfortable habit patterns have been removed or reduced, while the exposure of escalating social and planetary breakdowns can be overwhelming and exhausting.
Throughout the year the major theme has been solidifying what is true and in alignment with our highest goals, while letting go of the stuck places (and relationships) to be part of the massive consciousness shift we are just beginning in earnest. The finale of this energy completes this month but we will certainly still be in this Aquarian process well into 2022 — and the few decades.
We are about to have a powerful solar eclipse in the sign of Sagittarius (December 3rd @ 11:33 pm Pacific). This is an activator for change according to new beliefs. It’s a great time to hone your vision for soul-centered expansion, whether that’s putting yourself “out there” or drawing yourself home to your core essence, winding down, simplifying.
Neptune, the Pisces planet, cruising in the sign of Pisces, is considered the planet of oneness, imagination, compassion and intuition. It has finished a months long review and asks us to align with higher cosmic frequencies. This is amplified by the movement of Jupiter into Pisces on the 28th of this month. We’ll talk a lot more about his powerful lineup in the first few months of 2022, but for now, let your mantra be “love and more love.”
And not to be left behind, relational Venus enters into a retrograde review phase in the sign of Capricorn, the sign of structure, on December 29th. Besides have old lovers show up, the classic interpretation, this reflection point asks us to use our relationship skills and all of our resources in service of building out our re-imagined lives.
As we head to the end of 2021, let’s remember our collaborative connection, and that we are here to build a better world. Perhaps we can find compassion for the divisive energy that doesn’t reflect our high Selves, slowing down to feel the earth’s call, and listen deeply to our heart’s wisdom.
