Globally and personally we are challenged to release karmic patterns and enter into a new stage of human evolution, the Divine Feminine channeled through us. This workshop will explore the current energies, including light body awareness, releasing karmic blockages, drama-free relationships, finding bliss in the midst of chaos, working with time/space patterns, and new rules for manifestation. Yet most would love to develop these skills to be able to receive accurate information when it’s really needed and to be able to trust this guidance too. This fun and informative all day workshop is to help you understand more about your natural abilities—how you specifically receive information through the chakra “antennas”—and to deepen your clarity, accuracy and trust. We will do several healing and balancing meditations throughout the day, learn about grounding, running energy and creating boundaries, connecting with your spirit guides, clairvoyance (the ability to see energy) and aura reading. Whether you are a total beginner or have practiced meditation and developed your intuitive skills, this workshop will provide an abundance of clear and grounded information. We will do several experiential exercises and practice individually and in pairs to learn the various ways one can access information and healing energies. In this one day training, you can develop a deeper understanding of how you normally use your intuition and learn skills to develop clarity and accuracy.
Shadow Work - Sunday, November 14 - 2 pm to 5 pm - $50
Today's Sun in Scorpio (power, transformation & the taboo) and Moon in Pisces (compassion, loss, oneness & intuition) provide the ideal energetic backdrop to look at shadow material, the parts of ourselves that are repressed, disliked or denied and thus show up in the mirror face of others. By owning our own shadow we often find the people around us change quite remarkably. Learning about our various parts with curiosity and without judgment opens up a sense of freedom and potential for integration. That relieves the stress of trying to be a certain way, maintaining an image that is tiring and flat. This is very much a process oriented workshop, with some basic astrological shadow information. I will give you information on the antiscia or shadow points in your astrological chart so you can see who exactly in your life has the karmic job of showing up as your mirror as well as identifying clearly the lost or hidden parts of yourself.(925) 932-3331 or email to preregister
There is room for 10 people in each Emeryville workshop. Cancellation seven days before start time allows your prepaid fee to be refunded. Cancellations with good reason (such as illness) or 48 hours or earlier before the start time of a workshop can be applied to future workshops. No shows and fanciful cancellations at the last minute are not refundable. All of these Emeryville workshops are held near the Public Market building. TELECLASS
PRACTICAL PSYCHIC SKILLS WITHIN CONSCIOUS SPIRITUALITY
Four Week Teleclass Thursdays from 6 pm to 7:15 PDT - September 30, October 7, 13 and 21.We can use our psychic skills in many practical ways to manage life. These skills are not just for spiritual and lofty goals; in fact I feel a spiritual path is a distinctly different need than the development of intuition. With spirituality we learn to surrender and trust to a higher power, developing forgiveness and compassion. Our psychic skills are a high level functioning skill allowing us to make clear choices, figure out problems, connect telepathically with friends and guides, and move more effortlessly through life. This four week teleclass explores both the development of clearer psychic skills and the deepening of spiritual path. And, as the serenity prayer says, developing the wisdom to know the difference.

You can be on any telephone from any location. I will be able to talk to all of you, take questions (you dial '1' on your phone and I see on my computer screen that your hand is raised!). I can even assign you into pairs to do mini readings or talk about a meditation process, just like an in person class. I can 'walk around the room' and participate in your dyad for a few minutes to provide personal guidance. If there are handout materials I will email them to you before the class.

RETREATS
In the past years, I have taken many groups to the Pyrenee mountains to see the caves (which have more to do with Goddess energy than paintings of animals) and enjoy the delicious food and lifestyle of rural France. Tuscany in 2007 was amazing with a medieval castle location outside of Florence and day trips to Sienna and Assisi. In 2008 we went to Costa Brava on the northeast coast of Spain near Barcelona and lounged around on the beaches and walked every morning along the sea--with just enough time for meditation and inner work. In 2009 we went to the Languedoc region of France, famous for its wine, but the Lerab Ling Tibetan Buddhist traditional temple was one of the high points of our visit. Occasionally I offer local retreats to relaxing places such asCalistoga, CA.
I am still considering future trips to England, France, Crete and Spain, but am taking a break in 2010 while the economy finds its way and I write and play.
