Side One: This side starts with simple basic breathing meditation and then on to "run" energy, clearing the central core energetic pathway. The healing energy is moved into the body and then into the aura. Finally a strong protective boundary is created for the aura.

Side Two: Assuming a mastery of the basics, this meditation moves more quickly through breathing and running energy, and then focuses on clearing and healing each individual chakra to facilitate healing on all levels: physical mental, emotional and spiritual. This includes use of the violet flame and colored healing energies.

Even if you feel you are not good at visualizing, by maintaining your focus and intention as you listen, you will be able to create these healing changes. However, some just put the meditation tape on and go easily to sleep, having peaceful dreams and awakening refreshed, allowing the words and music to heal subliminally!

Meditation is extremely important for evolving, understanding and healing emotional habit patterns, maintaining a healthy nervous system and physical health, as well as a path to experiencing peacefulness and expanded states of consciousness.

I suggest everyone have a meditation practice that to include a spiritual approach as well as this type of psychic healing meditation I have recorded on the CD. The value of the psychic style meditation is that it gives your mind something to focus on leading to a greater ability to stay centered and focused. At the same time you are actually creating healing changes in your aura by visualizing them.

Your spiritual meditation may be Buddhist, Vipassana, Hindu chants, Christian prayer or reflection, yoga, tai chi, conscious walking or running, or any other meditation that speaks to you.
